What We Offer
Fire & Ice boasts two stunning VIP lounges, each designed with the same art deco elegance as the main venue. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner for 15 or a grand celebration for 60, our private spaces offer the perfect setting.
Every event includes a dedicated event host, bespoke food and drinks packages, full AV equipment with speakers and lighting, and the option to have our resident DJ Nass entertain your guests.
From the initial enquiry to the last dance, our events team will work closely with you to ensure every detail is exactly as you imagined.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many guests can the VIP lounge hold?
Our two VIP lounges can accommodate between 15 and 60 guests depending on the configuration. For larger events, we can arrange exclusive hire of the full venue for up to 120 guests.
Can we bring our own cake?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own celebration cake. We'll provide plates, cutlery and help with the presentation. We just ask that you let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Is there a minimum spend?
Minimum spend varies depending on the day, time and lounge. Our events team will discuss this with you during the planning process to find an option that suits your budget.
Do you provide a DJ for events?
Yes! Our resident DJ Nass is available for private events. Alternatively, you can bring your own DJ or entertainment — we have a full AV system with speakers, microphone and lighting.
Can we customise the food and drinks menu?
Of course. We offer bespoke catering packages including sharing platters, canapés, set menus and drinks packages. Our team will work with you to create the perfect menu for your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. For peak dates (December, Valentine's Day, bank holidays), we suggest booking 6–8 weeks ahead.
