Bring both families together somewhere that feels special. Our private lounges host engagement parties for 15 to 60 guests, with exclusive hire of the whole venue for up to 120 — with Mediterranean sharing menus, halal options, cocktails and mocktails, and a DJ if you want one.
We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. Hire is arranged on a minimum-spend basis — tell us your date and numbers and we'll confirm the options.

An engagement party your guests will talk about
An engagement party mixes generations, tastes and expectations, and our team plans for all of them. Arrival drinks and canapés give guests a chance to mingle; a seated Mediterranean dinner or a generous spread of mezze and grills brings everyone to the table; and a dancefloor with our resident DJ finishes the night.
Speeches, a ring-reveal moment, a cake cutting, a photographer's corner — tell your event host what matters and we'll build the running order around it. Decorations and floral arrangements can be brought in or arranged for you.

Fire & Ice sits on Uxbridge Road in Hatch End, which makes it an easy midpoint for families coming from Harrow, Pinner, Northwood, Stanmore, Wembley and Watford. We're at 256 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End — about 5 minutes' drive from Pinner, 10 from Harrow and Northwood, and 15 from Ruislip, Stanmore and Watford. Hatch End station (London Overground) is a short walk away, and on-street parking is free after 6:30 PM and all day Sunday.

Engagement Parties FAQs
Can you host an engagement party for 100 guests?
Yes. Exclusive hire of the full venue accommodates up to 120 guests across the restaurant, bar, both lounges and the heated terrace. For 15–60 guests, one of our private VIP lounges is usually the better fit.
Do you offer halal food for engagement parties?
Yes — halal options are available across our Mediterranean menu, and we can build a fully halal set menu or sharing menu for your event. Let our events team know when planning.
Do you have non-alcoholic options?
We have a full mocktail list plus soft drinks, teas and coffees, so guests who don't drink alcohol are just as well looked after. We can also arrange an alcohol-free drinks package.
Can we decorate the space and bring a photographer?
Of course. You're welcome to bring decorations, flowers and a photographer or videographer. Your event host can arrange early access for set-up where possible.
Can we book the venue for a small wedding reception?
Yes — we host intimate wedding receptions and post-ceremony celebrations for up to 120 guests. Send an enquiry with your date and numbers and we'll put together options.
