Corporate dinners and team events that feel like a night out
Corporate hospitality shouldn't mean a beige function room. Our lounges combine art deco styling with proper hospitality: Mediterranean set menus and sharing platters, a cocktail bar, and a team used to running events to a schedule.
Use a lounge for a client dinner or a departmental celebration, or take over the whole venue for an end-of-year party, a launch or an awards night. Each lounge has its own AV, and exclusive hire gives you the restaurant, bar, both lounges and the heated terrace.
Invoicing, pre-orders and dietary requirements handled
We work with company bookers regularly: a single point of contact, pre-order sheets for set menus, clear handling of allergies, halal, vegetarian and vegan requirements, and invoicing arranged in advance. Daytime and Monday hire may be available by arrangement for meetings, training days and lunches — just ask.
We're at 256 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End — about 5 minutes' drive from Pinner, 10 from Harrow and Northwood, and 15 from Ruislip, Stanmore and Watford. Hatch End station (London Overground) is a short walk away, and on-street parking is free after 6:30 PM and all day Sunday.

What corporate events can Fire & Ice host?
Client and team dinners, company celebrations, leaving parties, launches, awards evenings, networking drinks and Christmas parties — from 15 guests in a private lounge to 120 with exclusive hire of the venue.
Do you have AV for speeches or presentations?
Yes. Each lounge has speakers, a microphone and lighting, which covers speeches, awards and short presentations. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm the set-up.
Can you invoice the company and take pre-orders?
Yes — we can arrange invoicing in advance and send a pre-order sheet for set-menu dinners so the night runs smoothly.
Is daytime hire available for meetings or lunches?
Our regular hours are evenings Tuesday to Saturday and from 1 PM on Sundays, but daytime and Monday hire may be available by arrangement. Send us your date and we'll let you know.
Can you cater for halal, vegetarian and vegan colleagues?
Yes. Our Mediterranean menu includes halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, and your event host will collect dietary requirements in advance.
