All shisha is served in our shisha garden — a sheltered outdoor terrace with a retractable roof and heaters, so it's comfortable rain or shine, all year round. In line with UK law, smoking is not permitted indoors.

Across London a shisha usually costs £25–£50 depending on the brand and the venue. At Fire & Ice, Al Fakher is £30, Starbuzz £35 and Savacco £45. Our Signature Shisha is £50, a flavour upgrade is +£8, and extras like an ice pipe (£5) or re-head (from £20) are available.
Can I order food and drinks on the terrace?
Yes — our full Mediterranean menu, signature cocktails and mocktails are all served on the terrace alongside your shisha. Halal options are available; just ask our team.
Do I need to book a shisha table?
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking for Friday and Saturday evenings when the terrace fills up. You can reserve a table online in under a minute.

Yes. The retractable roof and terrace heaters keep the shisha garden open and comfortable throughout the year, whatever the weather.

We're at 256 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End, London HA5 4HS — a short walk from Hatch End Overground station and minutes from Pinner and Harrow, with free on-street parking after 6:30pm.
How late is the shisha lounge open?
The shisha garden is open six nights a week: Tuesday to Thursday 5 PM to midnight, Friday and Saturday 3 PM to 12:45 AM, and Sunday 1 PM to 10:30 PM. We're closed on Mondays. Last shisha orders are taken before closing, so arrive with time to enjoy a full bowl.
Are shisha lounges legal in the UK?
Yes. Shisha lounges are legal in the UK as long as shisha is smoked in a sufficiently open outdoor area rather than an enclosed room, and only by guests aged 18 or over. That's exactly how our shisha garden works — a covered, heated terrace that meets the smoke-free rules while staying comfortable all year.
Do you have to be 18 to go to a shisha lounge?
Yes — shisha contains tobacco, so it is strictly for guests aged 18 and over in the UK. Under-18s cannot be served shisha, and our team may ask for photo ID.
What happens at a shisha bar?
You take a table in the garden, choose one or two flavours from the menu, and the team packs the bowl, lights it with natural coconut charcoal and brings it to you with fresh mouthpieces. You then relax over it for around an hour, ordering cocktails, mocktails and food to the table while staff swap the coals as they fade. It's unhurried and social — most guests stay for the evening.
Is a shisha lounge a good first date?
It's one of the best. A shisha garden gives you a relaxed, low-pressure setting where the evening naturally lasts an hour or two, with something to do with your hands and plenty to talk about. At Fire & Ice you can pair it with cocktails and a mezze board in a heated, covered garden, so the plan works whatever the weather.
I've never tried shisha — what is it?
Shisha is flavoured molasses gently heated over natural coconut charcoal and drawn through a water pipe, giving a smooth, aromatic experience. Our team will happily talk you through the flavours, set everything up at your table and show you how it works.
How long does a shisha last?
A bowl typically lasts around 45 minutes to an hour. If you'd like it to go further, the flavour upgrade (+£8) gives a longer-lasting, more flavoursome smoke, and re-heads are available from £20.
Can we watch live sport or catch a DJ night in the shisha garden?
