Whether it's an 18th, a 30th, a 40th or a surprise 60th, a birthday deserves more than a long table in a busy restaurant. Our VIP lounges are fully private, with their own seating, sound system and lighting, so the evening feels like yours from the first cocktail to the last song.
Start with a seated Mediterranean dinner or a spread of mezze, sharing platters and canapés, add a cocktail or prosecco package for arrival, and let our resident DJ Nass read the room — or bring your own playlist and plug straight into our AV system. Decorations, balloon arrangements and a personalised welcome are all easy to arrange with your event host.
A birthday venue between Pinner, Harrow and Watford
Fire & Ice is the premium bar and restaurant you can take over in North West London without asking guests to travel into town. We're at 256 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End — about 5 minutes' drive from Pinner, 10 from Harrow and Northwood, and 15 from Ruislip, Stanmore and Watford. Hatch End station (London Overground) is a short walk away, and on-street parking is free after 6:30 PM and all day Sunday.
For smaller groups of up to 8, you can simply book a table online. For anything larger, or if you want a private space, send an enquiry and our events team will come back to you within 24 hours with availability and options for your date.

How many people can I invite to a birthday party at Fire & Ice?
Our small VIP lounge suits 15–30 guests, the main VIP lounge takes 30–60, and exclusive hire of the whole venue works for up to 120 guests. Groups of up to 8 can book a normal table online.
Can we have a DJ or our own music?
Yes. Our resident DJ Nass is available for private events, or you can bring your own DJ or playlist — each lounge has its own speakers, microphone and lighting.
Can I bring a birthday cake and decorations?
Absolutely. Bring your own cake and we'll provide plates, cutlery and presentation. You're welcome to decorate the lounge, and your event host can help arrange balloons or a personalised set-up in advance.
Is there a minimum spend for a birthday party?
Our lounges are booked on a minimum-spend basis rather than a fixed room fee, and the figure depends on the day, time and space. Tell us your date and numbers and we'll confirm the options.
How far ahead should I book a birthday venue?
We recommend 2–4 weeks for most dates and 6–8 weeks for Friday and Saturday nights in December or around bank holidays.
