We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. Hire is arranged on a minimum-spend basis — tell us your date and numbers and we'll confirm the options.

Most restaurants stop at a long table. Fire & Ice gives groups their own lounge: the small VIP lounge seats up to 30 for intimate dinners and the main VIP lounge seats up to 60, each with its own lighting and sound so speeches and toasts are heard by everyone. For 60 to 120 guests, exclusive hire turns the whole restaurant into your private dining room.
Menus are built around our Mediterranean kitchen — sharing mezze to start, chargrilled steaks, kebabs and seafood for mains, and desserts and coffee to finish — and your event host will help you choose a set menu, a family-style sharing menu or canapés followed by dinner.

Private dining rooms in central London come with central London prices, travel and taxi bills. Fire & Ice offers the same private-room experience a short drive from Harrow, Pinner, Northwood, Ruislip, Stanmore and Watford. We're at 256 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End — about 5 minutes' drive from Pinner, 10 from Harrow and Northwood, and 15 from Ruislip, Stanmore and Watford. Hatch End station (London Overground) is a short walk away, and on-street parking is free after 6:30 PM and all day Sunday.
Groups of up to 8 can book a table online any time; for 9 or more, or for a private room, send an enquiry with your numbers and preferred date.

Do you have a private dining room for 20 guests?
Yes — our small VIP lounge seats 15 to 30 guests and is ideal for a private dinner for 20. For 30 to 60 guests, the main VIP lounge is the right fit.
Can you host a private dinner for 50 or more?
The main VIP lounge seats up to 60. For 60 to 120 guests, we offer exclusive hire of the whole venue, including the restaurant, bar, both lounges and the heated terrace.
Is halal private dining available?
Yes. Halal options are available across our Mediterranean menu, and we can create a fully halal set menu for your group. Just let our events team know.
Do we have to choose a set menu?
For groups over 15 we recommend a set menu or a sharing menu so service runs smoothly, but we'll tailor the options to your group and budget. Canapés and sharing platters are also available.
Can we book private dining on a Sunday afternoon?
Yes — we open from 1 PM on Sundays, which makes Sunday lunches and afternoon celebrations popular. Weekday daytime dining may be available by arrangement.
