We reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. Hire is arranged on a minimum-spend basis — tell us your date and numbers and we'll confirm the options.

Baby showers and gender reveals with a bit of glamour
Our lounges suit the way baby showers actually run: guests arriving over an hour, plenty of seating, a table for gifts and cake, and space for games and photos. Choose a sharing spread of mezze, sliders, salads and desserts, or a seated lunch from a set menu, and pair it with a mocktail package so nobody feels left out.
Planning a gender reveal? Tell your event host and we'll help you stage the moment — lighting, music and a clear space for the big reveal.
Afternoon and evening slots in Hatch End
Sundays from 1 PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 3 PM are the most popular baby shower times; other daytime slots may be available by arrangement. We're at 256 Uxbridge Road, Hatch End — about 5 minutes' drive from Pinner, 10 from Harrow and Northwood, and 15 from Ruislip, Stanmore and Watford. Hatch End station (London Overground) is a short walk away, and on-street parking is free after 6:30 PM and all day Sunday.

How many guests can a baby shower have at Fire & Ice?
Our small VIP lounge suits 15–30 guests and the main lounge 30–60. For larger celebrations we can arrange exclusive hire of the venue for up to 120.
What time can we hold a baby shower?
Sundays from 1 PM and Fridays and Saturdays from 3 PM are ideal. Other daytime slots may be available by arrangement — send us your preferred date and we'll check.
Do you serve non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes — a full mocktail menu, soft drinks, teas and coffees, and we can arrange an alcohol-free drinks package for the whole party.
Can we decorate and bring our own cake?
Absolutely. Balloon arches, backdrops, cake tables and games are all welcome, and you can bring your own cake. Your event host can arrange early access for set-up where possible.
Is the venue suitable for a gender reveal?
Yes. We'll help you stage the reveal with lighting, music and space for photos in your private lounge.
