These terms and conditions apply to your use of the Fire & Ice Bar & Restaurant website (fireicebar.co.uk) and to any reservations, enquiries or purchases made through the site. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations

Online reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations for no-shows or late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes without notice.
Please cancel at least 4 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee for future reservations.
For parties of 10 or more, a deposit may be required.

3. Private Hire

Private hire is subject to availability and a signed agreement.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Minimum spend requirements vary by day, time and lounge. These will be communicated during the planning process.
Cancellations within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Conduct

Fire & Ice operates a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service at its discretion. Anti-social behaviour, intoxication, or breach of any house rules may result in removal from the premises.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design elements and code — is the intellectual property of Fire & Ice Bar & Restaurant unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

6. Liability
